Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (browser local storage, pixels) work the same way. They help a site function, remember your preferences and understand how it is used.
How we use them
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings (such as light/dark mode) and keep the Service secure. We also measure how ClickCarousel is used so we can improve it — via privacy-friendly cookieless analytics that store nothing on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we set
| Name / prefix | Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-* | Strictly necessary | Authentication session (Supabase) — keeps you signed in securely. | Always on |
| theme (local storage) | Preferences | Remembers your light/dark mode choice. | Always on (stores no personal data) |
| None | Analytics | Product analytics (PostHog) runs in cookieless mode — it sets no cookie or local storage on your device. We use it to see which features are used, so we can improve them. Not used for advertising. | No cookie set |
| __stripe_* | Strictly necessary | Fraud prevention and checkout (Stripe) — set on payment surfaces. | Always on |
Your choices
We currently set only strictly-necessary cookies and use cookieless analytics, so there are no non-essential cookies to consent to. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — blocking strictly necessary ones may stop sign-in from working. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we'll ask for your consent first.
Changes
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
