Affiliate Program Terms
1. The program
The ClickCarousel affiliate program ("Program") pays you a commission for paying customers you refer with your personal referral link. Joining the Program means you accept these terms and our Terms of Service.
2. Commission
- 40% recurring commission on subscription payments made by customers you refer, for the first 12 months of each referred subscription. Top-ups and taxes are excluded.
- A referral is attributed when someone signs up within 60 days of clicking your link (first-click attribution may be replaced by last-click; the dashboard shows the active rule).
- Commissions become payable after a 30-day holding period (covering refunds and chargebacks) and are paid monthly once your balance reaches USD 50. Refunded or charged-back payments do not earn commission.
3. Rules — what disqualifies a referral
- No self-referrals — including referring accounts you control, your own organisation, or swapping referrals with another person to capture commission.
- No paid ads on our brand— do not bid on "ClickCarousel" or misspellings in search ads, and do not impersonate ClickCarousel in domains, handles or landing pages.
- No spam — no unsolicited bulk email/DMs, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or placing links where the audience did not choose to see them.
- No misleading claims — do not promise results we do not promise, invent discounts, or present yourself as ClickCarousel staff.
- Disclose the relationship— you are responsible for complying with advertising-disclosure law where you operate (for example FTC guidelines: a clear "affiliate link" note).
4. Termination & changes
Either side can end participation at any time. We may withhold commissions earned through violations of these terms, and may change the commission rate, duration or thresholds prospectively with 30 days' notice — changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned. On program termination for convenience, earned commissions above the payout threshold are paid out on the normal schedule.
5. Taxes & status
You participate as an independent party — nothing here creates employment, agency or partnership. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions; we may require tax or identity information before paying out.
